Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ Construction Superintendent experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in plans, specifications, and building codes; computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and scheduling to meet milestones.
• On-site supervision of construction activities and workforce.
• Safety and quality control, including JHA development and training.
• Budget and cost management to stay within limits.
• Regular reporting and documentation for stakeholders.
• Problem solving and proactive obstruction removal.
• Compliance with building codes and permits.
