Job summary

MGC Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Concrete Superintendent for our Arizona Division in the Phoenix metro area. This role requires reviewing blueprints, laying out concrete structures, and ensuring water bearing structure integrity on wastewater projects.

The incumbent will coordinate site logistics, manage crews of 3–20 people, and help train future foremen and superintendents while monitoring safety and job costs. This is a full-time, on-site position with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience constructing concrete structures and water bearing structures on water/wastewater projects.
• Ability to navigate a computer and respond timely to e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints and specifications.
• Lay out large and small concrete structures.
• Knowledge of building water bearing structures.
• Coordinate and assist with the scheduling of project site logistics and manpower.
