Keville Enterprises Inc. seeks a full-time construction manager to oversee and inspect water and wastewater projects on Cape Cod and in southeastern Massachusetts.

The role requires 3+ years in pipeline systems or related construction and a strong communication skill set. Duties include owner representation, coordination with designers and contractors, budget/schedule monitoring, change order analysis, contract administration, and field problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in water/wastewater pipeline systems or related construction field.
• Ability to read/interpret plans and specifications; document takeoffs/calculations.
• Strong written and oral communication; proficient with MS Word/Excel.
• Experience in oversight, testing, coordination with stakeholders, and contract admin.

Responsibilities

• Represent the project owner in daily oversight of construction activities.
• Coordinate owner, designer, contractor, utilities and abutter personnel.
• Monitor and advise on budget and schedule status; analyze change orders.
• Perform contract administration and resolve field issues; report progress.
• Inspect work to ensure conformance with plans and specs; document quantities.
