Job summary

Keville Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a full-time construction manager to provide construction oversight and inspections on linear water and wastewater projects on Cape Cod and in southeastern Massachusetts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in water/wastewater or related construction, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Word/Excel and project reporting tools. Daily on-site work is required with some evenings or weekends during critical phases.

Qualifications

Three+ years of water/wastewater pipeline experience.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and construction reporting software.
Effective written and oral communication skills; team player.
Bachelor's or Associate degree in a relevant field preferred.
Valid US driver’s license and OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

Represent the project owner in daily oversight of construction activities.
Coordinate the activities of owner, designer, contractor, public utility, and abutter personnel.
Monitor and advise on project budget and schedule status.
Analyze, estimate, and negotiate potential change orders and claims.
Contract administration and documentation duties.
Identify and resolve construction field issues and report daily progress.
Inspect contractor work to ensure conformance with plans and specs.
Track quantities and maintain oversight and reporting.
