Role Overview

An established and respected contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout Southeast Massachusetts.

This is a high-ownership role covering the full project lifecycle, including preconstruction, procurement, financial management, field coordination, facility start-up, and closeout. The ideal candidate understands treatment plant construction and can confidently manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, documentation, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage water and wastewater projects from preconstruction through final completion
• Own project budgets, forecasting, billing, cost controls, and profitability
• Develop schedules and track progress against key milestones
• Manage procurement, subcontractor buyout, and vendor coordination
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams
• Lead project meetings with owners, engineers, and trade partners
• Support equipment installation, testing, start-up, and commissioning
