Job summary

Keville Enterprises Inc. is seeking a full-time construction manager to oversee and inspect water and wastewater projects on Cape Cod and in southeastern Massachusetts. The role requires at least three years of relevant field experience and a strong background in construction management.

The firm has offered extensive benefits and supports training, with emphasis on documentation, communication, and adherence to plans and specs. Daily on-site presence is expected in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in water/wastewater or related construction fields.
• Strong ability to read plans and specifications; perform quantity takeoffs.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and field reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness for on-site work.
• PE/CCM/MA CSL or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the project owner in daily oversight of construction activities.
• Coordinate owner, designer, contractor, utilities, and abutter activities.
• Monitor budget and schedule; assist with change orders and claims.
• Administer contracts; document progress and quantities.
• Inspect work for conformance to plans and specs.
• Maintain safety and quality through field inspections.
