Job summary

ESP Associates, Inc. in Fort Collins, CO, seeks a Water/Wastewater Construction Manager to lead complex utility and heavy civil projects as the owner’s agent, coordinating the project team (owner, designer, contractor) to meet goals.

The role covers project oversight, schedules, budgets, safety, and regulatory compliance while pursuing opportunities for future work. A strong background in water/wastewater facilities is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or related field.
• Colorado professional engineer license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• 7+ years of civil engineering and construction experience.
• Experience with water/wastewater projects and large capital projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PMPs, schedules, budgets, and contractor pay requests.
• Manage owner/contractor/engineer team to meet goals.
• Lead meetings between owner, designer, and contractor.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Track profitability and develop new work proposals.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
