Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pursue NICET certifications is must.
• ACI-Concrete Field Testing.

Responsibilities

• Act as Resident Project Representative to assist Engineer in observing construction and liaising with the Contractor.
• Attend pre-construction and weekly job progress meetings.
• Conduct on-site observations to verify work complies with Contract Documents.
• Maintain project records, including daily quantities and diary/logbook.
• Provide daily reports to Engineer with labor and equipment details.
• Review payment applications with Contractor and advise on progress payments.
• Prepare final punch list at substantial completion and assist closeout.
