Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract administration with design professionals and contractors.
• Provide onsite supervision of contractors and ensure project smoothness.
• Chair pre-construction and biweekly progress meetings and distribute minutes.
• Ensure all project records are provided and maintained.
• Coordinate inspections with code office having jurisdiction over the project.
• Document RFIs, Change Orders, Submittals, and Shop Drawings with proper responses.
• Review payments with contractor and advise on progress payments.
• Provide effective communication with the project team.
• Perform quality assurance inspections during construction.
• Review safety plans to ensure work is safe for occupants.
• Assist with project closeout and turnover to client.
