Qualifications

• High School/Technical School/Community College or Bachelor’s (Const Mgt degree or Civil Eng) graduate.
• New Grads are encouraged to apply!
• ACI Grade I Concrete Testing Technician certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs construction engineering technician and inspection services for W/WW plants and water main projects.
• Oversees utility location, digging, and water main installations and repairs for municipal clients.
• Tests, inspects, and reports on concrete pours, rebar placement, and site operations.
• Notifies Contractors or Project Engineers of non-conforming work and prepares field reports.
• Assists Engineers in field during soil and materials investigations.
• Ensures QA/QC and verifications follow project specs and contract documents.
• Maintains project records and daily field reports for client reviews.
