• Proficiency with estimating tools such as Bluebeam Revu.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, bottoms-up cost estimates for water and wastewater projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents for quantities and pricing.
• Perform quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam Revu or similar software.
• Evaluate labor, equipment, and material costs based on market conditions.
• Identify estimate variances due to scope changes and pricing fluctuations.
