Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental engineering, or construction management.
• Experience estimating water/wastewater plant projects preferred.
• Proven estimator with strong cost analysis and budgeting skills.
• Solid knowledge of estimating processes and software.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor available bidding opportunities.
• Request proposals and estimates to inform stakeholders of opportunities.
• Prepare and finalize bid packages and organize historical data.
• Order contract documents and maintain bidding schedule.
• Transfer documents for new projects into digital format.
• Set up new projects in Bid2Win estimating software.
• Compile and manage contact lists for subs and suppliers.
• Update insurance requirements for new projects.
• Facilitate pre-bid meetings and attend bid meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
