Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered, Inc. seeks two full-time Construction Engineers/Representatives for CMAR projects in Washington, DC.

The role focuses on construction management, plan interpretation, field inspections and coordination with stakeholders for large facilities. Ideal candidates will have process mechanical/electrical/I&C experience, ABET-accredited engineering degrees, and a PE preferred; on-site duties require strong communication, problem solving and teamwork to deliver

Formación

• BS in engineering from ABET-accredited program and eight or more years on complex projects.
• PE license preferred; technical competency across water/wastewater facilities.
• Experience with large, operating facilities and construction administration.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret drawings, plans, specs and data; oversee construction phases.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders; support PM/Owner's Advisor.
• Inspect construction work for conformance with plans and specs.
• Coordinate with contractors, agencies and third parties; attend meetings.
• Lead or supervise staff on moderately complex projects.
