Job summary

Kennedy Jenks is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join our team in Northern California. This role will develop strategies to enhance client relationships and execute plans to deliver our services efficiently. Key responsibilities include leading business development efforts and ensuring project delivery meets scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering, over 10 years of consulting experience, and a Professional Engineer license. This role offers a hybrid work model with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering consulting.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
• Ability to travel within Northern California area.

• Lead new business pursuits and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure successful project delivery and financial goal attainment.
• Lead one or more client service teams.
• Serve as Deputy Project Manager or Project Manager.
