LJA Engineering, Inc. invites students to join its Summer Internship Program in the Land Development department in Houston, TX. The in-person internship runs mid-May through early August, 40 hours per week, with mentors and real-world project exposure.

You will engage in hands-on design support, site visits, and professional development while collaborating with seasoned engineers to solve daily client needs.

Qualifications

• Completed at least one year of college and pursuing a Bachelor of Science, Civil or Environmental Engineering is required.
• Strong work ethic and motivation to learn.
• Good organizational and communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to identify discrepancies and work well in a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform engineering assignments with direction from experienced engineers.
• Shadow operations and learn about project phases.
• Support larger projects with unique assignments.
• Engage in social activities and learn about our sectors and services.
