Job summary

Parkhill seeks a Civil Project Engineer to lead treatment projects from concept to construction in the Southwest region. You will oversee design, site visits, client meetings, and collaboration with engineers, architects and other consultants in a full-time, exempt role.

The ideal candidate holds TX PE registration (or able to obtain NM/OK) with 4+ years in civil design focused on Water and Wastewater Treatment, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and ArcGIS.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil design and project management.
• Ability to communicate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven analytical skills for design optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering efforts from design through construction on treatment projects.
• Conduct site visits and assessments.
• Participate in client meetings to capture needs and preferences.
• Develop design concepts and detailed drawings/specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and other consultants.
• Present designs to clients for feedback and approval.
