Qualifications

• Demonstrated business development experience: pursuing clients and preparing proposals.
• Ability to work collaboratively with non-engineer decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee civil engineering projects related to water and wastewater treatment.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, providing technical guidance.
