Parkhill is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join our Treatment sector. You will oversee civil design efforts from concept through construction on treatment projects, collaborating with clients and teammates to deliver thoughtful, community-focused solutions.

The role emphasizes accurate drawings, detailed specifications, and staying current with industry practices. A TX PE license with 4+ years in civil design is preferred.

Qualifications

• TX PE licensure with ability to obtain NM/OK licenses.
• 4+ years civil design experience, water/wastewater design preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and ArcGIS.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices and industry trends.
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish, including time, cost and resources.
• Strong organizational skills to balance work and life.
• Excellent analytical skills to design robust treatment systems.
• Strong collaboration with non-engineers and effective communication of plans.

Responsabilités

• Oversee design through construction on civil treatment projects.
• Conduct site visits and assessments.
• Meet with clients to understand needs and preferences.
• Develop design concepts and create detailed drawings and specs.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and consultants.
• Present designs to clients for feedback and approval.
• Explore new design concepts using emerging technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.
