AECOM is seeking a motivated Civil/Environmental Engineer to join the Water, Wastewater, and Conveyance team in Columbus, Ohio. You will support planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects, working with experienced engineers and diverse project teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or closely related field.
• US Citizenship is required due to nature of work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and design of municipal water distribution systems and wastewater infrastructure.
• Prepare engineering calculations, reports, specs, and construction documents under supervision.
• Develop drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other software.
• Support hydraulic calculations and system evaluations for water and wastewater projects.
• Contribute to technical memorandums, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
• Participate in field investigations, site visits, and construction observations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and environmental disciplines.
• Assist with permitting activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Learn and apply AECOM standards and safety practices on project delivery.
