Qualifications

  • PE license in Texas or ability to obtain in Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Water/Wastewater CIP from design through construction.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for plans and city codes.
  • Coordinate designs with agencies and obtain permits.
  • Manage project budgets during design and construction.
  • Develop asset management and long-term plans.
  • Lead staff and consultants for analyses and studies.
  • Review invoices from design engineers and contractors.
  • Provide guidance on hydrologic issues and reports to Council.
  • Coordinate with departments on site permits and CIP reviews.
