Garver is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our Water Design Center in Harlingen, Texas. The role entails managing various municipal water and wastewater treatment facility projects, ensuring client expectations are exceeded. Responsibilities include project management, coordination with stakeholders, and mentoring team members.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering and has 4+ years of relevant experience and a Texas PE license. A strong work ethic and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical experience in design/construction of water/wastewater facilities.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.
• Knowledge of engineering principles for water/wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage municipal water/wastewater treatment projects.
• Coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Mentor internal staff and manage project schedules.
