• Coordinate planning with contracting parties and consultants for water and wastewater projects.
• Administer multiple consultant contracts for planning and design of pipelines.
• Prepare communications to the Board and committees; deliver oral presentations to customer cities.
• Coordinate land rights, planning, GIS, and construction administration across project phases.
• Lead design for water and wastewater pipelines ensuring budgets and schedules are met.
