The role offers base salary from $120k to $180k with strong incentive bonuses and full benefits, with geographic flexibility and potential for future division growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, or industrial water.
• Background working with contractors, engineering firms, plant designers, equipment manufacturers, or water technology companies.
• Ability to build relationships across private & public sector facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the connector between engineers, equipment suppliers, and facility owners.
• Introduce the company into projects during concept, design, and pre-construction.
• Identify underserved opportunities in private water treatment across industries.
• Shape market development by deciding focus areas and partners.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and operations to align capabilities with needs.
• Expand the company’s footprint across California and Colorado.
