Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a qualified construction project manager to oversee water and wastewater projects. You will manage drafting, review shop drawings, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure site safety while maintaining up-to-date as-built records.

You will work with owners and engineers, manage material purchasing, site surveying, and labor-hour tracking, with travel as required. Bachelor's in a related field and 4–7 years of construction experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4-7 years of construction experience with water/waste-water projects.
• Willing to travel and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Process and review shop drawings.
• Coordinate project scheduling and the scheduling system.
• Perform detailed drafting and update as-built documents.
• Serve as owner and architect/engineer contact.
• Purchase materials and survey construction sites.
• Oversee job site safety and track labor hours.
• Coordinate subcontractors and produce daily/periodic reports.
