Job summary

The City of Spring Hill seeks an experienced General Manager for Spring Hill Water to lead water and wastewater operations, manage budgets, compliance, and strategic planning. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental engineering, public administration, business administration, water resources, environmental science, or closely related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in water and/or wastewater utility management, including at least three (3) years in a managerial position.
• Municipal or public-sector utility management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and overall management of Spring Hill Water and its water and wastewater operations.
• Oversee capital improvement programs, budgets, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
• Maintain safety, environmental quality, and long-term reliability of utility services.
• Engage with City leadership, regulatory agencies, customers, and community stakeholders.
