Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of experience in oversight of sewer systems or municipal utilities/public works construction/maintenance.
• Four (4) years of which include budgets, supervisory staff, and program oversight.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and direct operation and maintenance of water/sewer facilities.
• Direct and coordinate multiple departments and supervise staff.
• Prepare budgets, contracts, and plans for facilities and equipment; oversee expenditures.
• Interpret and apply regulations governing water/sewer facilities; review drawings and specifications.
• Supervise projects including construction, maintenance, and expansion of treatment plants and pumping stations.
