Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Consultant to deliver advisory projects focused on rates development for water utilities. You will work with the Delivery Team within Infrastructure Advisory to build financial models, rate cases, and support capital planning. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 4+ years in a business/consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform and manage technical work on rate design for municipal and regulated utilities.
• Develop financial models, cost-of-service analyses, and rate cases.
• Assist in demand studies and affordability analyses.
• Support asset investment planning and capital prioritization.
• Prepare reports and present findings to clients in meetings.
