City of Aurora in Colorado is seeking a Project Engineer to support Aurora Water's source-of-supply system, including reservoirs, tunnels, and pipelines. The role involves engineering analysis, project delivery, and coordination with operations and consultants.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional Engineer licensure in CO or reciprocity within 6 months (preferred).
• 4+ years of project engineering experience for Engineer I/II; >8 years for Senior.
• Experience with capital delivery projects and procurement management.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital projects supporting Aurora Water's source-of-supply system.
• Review drawings, specs, and reports for compliance with standards.
• Coordinate consultants and contractors, including procurement and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to address needs.
• Communicate technical information to stakeholders and participate in meetings.
