Keurig Dr Pepper seeks a Senior Manager of Water Treatment Systems to lead assessment, support, and optimization of water treatment processes across RO, Nano, DI, LTS, and ozonation. Drive enterprise strategy, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance in beverage production.

The role focuses on developing a robust water strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and reporting KPIs to support sustainability and production goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or related) or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Minimum 7–10 years field service/operations with water treatment in beverage industry; 5–7 years regional/corporate water treatment experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead efforts to optimize KDP water treatment systems and processes across technologies (RO, Nano, DI, LTS, ozonation).
• Identify and implement waste and water-use reduction initiatives; monitor energy use and maintenance.
• Act as SME on water treatment regulations, engage with external bodies and vendors; educate staff.
