Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Manager of Water Treatment Systems to lead efforts to assess, support, sustain, improve and optimize water treatment across production facilities. You will oversee technologies such as RO, Nano, DI, and ozonation, driving enterprise strategy and sustainability goals.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will build a high-performing team, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and implement KPIs to measure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science field.
• 7–10 years in field service/operations with water treatment in beverage industry.
• 5–7 years regional/corporate water treatment experience in account/project management.
• Proven track record with major capital water treatment projects.
• Strong knowledge of water processing regulations and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement strategies to reduce waste across operations.
• Lead water use efficiency improvements and reduce water waste.
• Act as SME on water treatment; liaise with regulators and OEMs.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive water initiatives and KPIs.
• Lead and develop a team of water treatment and CI professionals.
