Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a senior Water Sustainability leader to advance water treatment programs across manufacturing operations in the US. You will serve as the SME on water treatment, lead major capital projects, and mentor a team of professionals focused on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

This role requires deep expertise in water processing, strong project management, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive measurable efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science field; Master's preferred.
• 12–17 years of water treatment experience in beverage industry total.
• Strong knowledge of water processing regulations and best practices.
• Proven track record on major capital water treatment projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement strategies to reduce waste and optimize water use.
• Lead water treatment initiatives and regulatory engagements.
• Develop KPI reporting for water treatment and processing performance.
• Lead and develop a team across manufacturing to achieve objectives.
