Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee service teams at customer facilities in Beaumont, TX. You will lead a team of technicians, plan work, manage safety programs, and ensure contract commitments are met, including cost control and reporting.

Weekend/on-call duties may apply. The role requires 3+ years in water treatment, strong leadership, and budgeting skills, plus a technical Associate's degree or 5 years related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ water treatment experience.
• Operations experience in an administrative and budgetary role.
• Computer literacy and competency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Associate's Degree in technical field/engineering or 5 years related experience

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a site-specific safety plan.
• Possess strong working knowledge of industrial water treatment technologies including RO systems, heating and cooling, physical and chemical processes, corrosion protection, and biological processes.
• Hire, train, and manage 4-6 direct reports (service technicians).
• Develop and maintain site-specific documentation including procedures, work instructions, process control plans and process flows.
• Train the sales and service team on these site-specific documents and maintain a database of these documents.
• Plan and conduct audits that review operations, maintenance, safety, and contract compliance.
• Forecast and control costs for the assigned responsibilities.
• Develop strong working relationships with the customer, Nalco technicians and Nalco sales team.
• Develop training materials and conduct training for site personnel to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist Nalco sales team in pursuing new business and contract renewals.
• Support the business development process in retaining and extending contracts.
