Job summary

Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, maintaining procedures, auditing operations, and managing costs. Collaborate with customer, Nalco techs, and sales to grow contracts and deliver training for site personnel.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or engineering, or equivalent.
• 3 years' water treatment experience.
• Operations experience in an administrative and budgetary role.
• Computer literacy and competency with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a site-specific safety plan.
• Hire, train and manage 4-6 direct reports (service technicians).
• Develop and maintain site documentation: procedures, work instructions, control plans.
• Plan and conduct audits to review operations, maintenance, safety and contract compliance.
• Forecast and control costs for assigned responsibilities.
• Build strong relationships with customer, Nalco technicians and sales team.
• Develop training materials and conduct training for site personnel.
• Assist sales in pursuing new business and contract renewals; support retention.
