Job summary

Chem-Aqua is seeking a Water Treatment Sales Rep to protect customer equipment, save energy, and improve compliance within a dedicated Jackson, TN territory. You’ll build strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and municipal customers, and deliver value‑driven proposals that demonstrate cost savings.

We provide training on water testing, products, and solutions, with comprehensive benefits, a vehicle allowance, and uncapped commissions as part of a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within territory.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with industrial, commercial, and municipal customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve water systems, efficiency, and uptime.
• Perform on-site water testing and analysis (training provided).
• Deliver value-driven proposals showing how customers save time and money.
• Grow new business and expand existing accounts.
• Collaborate with technical experts to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Prospect via calls, networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Track progress and celebrate wins with the team.
