Job summary

Axis Water Technologies is seeking a driven Sales Specialist to expand our residential water treatment business in Texas. You’ll engage new leads, run in-home consultations, and follow a proven process designed to close at a high rate.

You’ll earn uncapped commissions with top performers reaching $100k+, supported by a dedicated team that handles installs and service, plus paid time off and benefits. If you’re competitive, coachable, and hungry for success, we want to talk.

Qualifications

• Hunter’s mindset: you love chasing and closing deals.
• Track record of hitting or beating sales targets in any industry.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

• Experience in water treatment is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person.
