Aqua-Aerobic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Rental Sales Account Manager to drive rental revenue for its water treatment fleet. You will identify plants and contractors needing temporary equipment, quote rentals, and close opportunities to convert renters to capital buyers.

The role requires engineering/business acumen, strong communication, and travel up to 40% to meet customers on site and at industry events. Join a team focused on protecting water resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field with 5+ years in capital equipment or rental sales.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.
• Strong knowledge of municipal/industrial wastewater treatment and equipment rental processes.

Responsibilities

• Build a rental pipeline from engineers, contractors and plants with capacity or compliance issues.
• Qualify opportunities based on flow, loading, effluent requirements and constraints.
• Quote rentals including monthly rate, term, deposits, freight, installation and maintenance.
• Close rental agreements and track toward a capital purchase decision with sales team.
• Maintain assigned rental accounts and report pipeline changes weekly.
