Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Water Treatment division in Appleton, WI. The role focuses on building and expanding the residential water treatment sales channel across a defined Northeast-like territory, driving equipment and service sales through dealers and distributors.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in residential water treatment sales, wholesale experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential water treatment experience
• Experience in wholesale required
• Experience with water treatment equipment or solutions
• Experience supporting wholesale customers and channel partners
• Willingness to travel across the territory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans with the National Sales Channel Manager to meet regional goals
• Build deep knowledge of residential water treatment products and solutions
• Call on customers, dealers, distributors, and other users to drive equipment and service sales
• Expand customer base via business, territory, account, dealer, and distributor development
• Provide on-site technical and product training to support customers
• Represent the company at water treatment events and customer activities
• Meet sales and expense objectives outlined in the budget
• Assist customers with applications, troubleshooting, and in-field support
• Participate in monthly sales reviews and territory planning sessions
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer issues
