Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a licensed Stationary Engineer.

• On-call availability required.
• Preference for certifications in public drinking water treatment or distribution (Missouri DNR).
• Five years’ experience operating a Water Treatment Plant/Facility (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation of the City's Water Treatment Plants’ pumping facilities.
• Set work schedules, pumping rates, and order supplies.
• Run preventive maintenance program.
• Submit budget requests.
• Determine need for major repairs.
