Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent.
• NH water treatment license preferred, or the ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Background check, pre-placement physical and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the water treatment plant and remote water system infrastructure processes and equipment, adjusting operation as needed.
• Perform water quality sampling, testing, and analysis to ensure compliance with federal, state, and EPA standards.
• Monitor remote pumping facilities with inspections and daily sampling as required.
• Operate, maintain, control, and perform routine repair of plant equipment; manage flow through the treatment process into the distribution system.
• Use asset management software for maintenance work orders and maintain records.
• Perform general maintenance of plant, remote pumping stations, and POU treatment locations.
