Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Arrive on shift ready to learn and communicate scheduling conflicts.
• Learn under licensed operators and track progress per training calendar.
• Develop knowledge of Water Treatment Plant operations and safety policies.
• Assist in troubleshooting plant operations and equipment issues.
• Demonstrate nimble learning and apply feedback to improve performance.
