Job summary
Alamo Water Softeners in San Antonio, TX is hiring a Field Technician Helper to support installation, maintenance, and repair of residential water treatment equipment. You will assist with installing water softeners, RO systems, filtration, and water heaters, and help with trench digging and running underground lines under supervision.

Qualifications
- Must be able to perform physically demanding work.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willing to learn in the field and follow safety rules.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installing water treatment equipment.
- Dig trenches by hand or with approved equipment.
- Run underground water lines and restore work areas.
- Load, unload and organize tools, equipment and materials.
- Prepare job sites and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairs under supervision.
- Complete required paperwork and follow quality standards.
