Qualifikationen

• Equivalent education/experience accepted; management experience preferred.

• Direct and mentor a team of ~24 operations personnel and a 6-member management group.
• Oversee daily plant performance, PMs/CMs, and SCADA operations for reliability.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Plant Engineering, and contractors on capital upgrades.
• Prepare budgets for the section and manage expenditures.
• Lead site inspections, cost estimates, and reporting to agencies.
