Job summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking a dedicated Water Transfer Operator to operate, rig, and support outdoor water transfer projects. You will work on crews, handling poly lines, hoses and transfer pumps while ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

This full-time role requires physical stamina, adherence to safety protocols, and teamwork. Training for DOT/OSHA standards is provided, with benefits and opportunities for growth within the Water Transfer unit.

Qualifications

One year of experience and/or equivalent training.
Must be detail oriented due to safety.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Able to thrive in a team environment.
Experience in energy industry is a plus.
Knowledge of equipment, policies, procedures, and safety strategies.

Responsibilities

Lay and pick up poly line, lay flat hose, operate transfer pumps and equipment.
Load/unload pipes, field materials, and equipment onto trailers and trucks.
Observe machine operations, gauges and adjust controls to maintain specifications.
Set and service pumps and generators at job sites.
Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE.
Assist in containment and spill cleanup.
Communicate with other workers via signals, radios, and telephones.
Use hand and power tools (hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches).
Drive trucks to transport equipment and personnel.
Complete DOT, OSHA, and safety training as directed.
