Job summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking a Water Transfer Operator to join our field crews. The role involves setting up, operating, and rigging down water transfer equipment outdoors, with responsibilities across pumps, hoses, and support gear.

You will work as part of a team on DOT and safety-driven tasks and must be comfortable in varied weather conditions. Responsibilities include loading gear, monitoring gauges, and ensuring safe transport and operation of pumps and generators.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience or equivalent training.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail due to safety requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lay and pick up poly line and lay flat hose; operate transfer pumps and essential equipment.
• Load and unload pipe, materials, and equipment for transport.
• Observe machine operations and adjust controls to maintain conditions.
• Set up and service pumps and generators at job sites.
• Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE.
• Assist in containment and spill cleanups and communicate with crew.
