Select Water Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Water Transfer Operator to join the Water Transfer team. This role involves setting up, operating, and dismantling water transfer equipment—poly pipe, lay-flat hose, pumps, and generators—on outdoor job sites in varying weather.

You will work as part of a crew, follow DOT/OSHA safety protocols, and maintain equipment to ensure safe, efficient transfers. Candidates should have at least 1 year of related experience, strong safety focus, good communication

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience or equivalent training.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented due to safety requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and rig down water transfer equipment including poly pipe, lay-flat hose, pumps, and generators.
• Load and unload materials and equipment safely.
• Monitor gauges and controls to maintain specified conditions.
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Assist in containment and spill cleanup as needed.
• Communicate with crew via signals, radios, or phones.
