Select Water Solutions is seeking a Water Transfer Operator to join our Water Transfer service line. You will be on a crew, responsible for setting up, operating, and rigging down water transfer jobs safely in outdoor conditions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to DOT/OSHA trainings. You will operate pumps and generators, move equipment, and communicate effectively with crew members in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• One year of experience or equivalent training.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail oriented due to safety requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a team environment.
• Experience in energy industry a plus.
• Knowledge of equipment, policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lay and pick up poly line, lay flat hose, run transfer pumps and related equipment.
• Load and unload pipe, field materials, and equipment onto trailers and trucks.
• Observe machine operations and gauges; adjust controls to maintain set conditions.
• Set up and service pumps and generators at job sites.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Assist in containment and spill cleanups.
• Communicate with workers using radios and signals.
• Use hand and power tools (hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches).
• Drive trucks to transport equipment and personnel to job sites.
• Attend and complete DOT, OSHA and safety trainings.
