Job summary

Trinnex is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead mid to large-scale implementations in Rochester, MN. You will ensure delivery within scope, schedule and budget, coordinating with stakeholders, analysts and vendors.

You will monitor progress, adapt plans, and mentor junior staff while applying PMI practices. The role requires strong communication, risk management, and resource planning skills with a focus on delivering value to public sector clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Completes project(s) of various size that are of moderate to high complexity to scope, schedule, financial impact and deliverables agreed to by the project stakeholders and leadership.
• Evaluates project status and identifies any issues or risks.
• Collaborates with stakeholders, business analysts, etc. to track project scope, budget, deliverables, timeline and detailed work plan.
• Documents and maintains records of project plan changes/updates.
• Monitors project resources and day-to-day planning of operational aspects to ensure deliverable timelines are met.
• Provides status updates and reporting to ensure staffing and vendor resources are aligned.
