Job summary

Trinnex is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex projects for water and technology initiatives. You will drive project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders and analysts while mentoring junior staff and ensuring adherence to PMI standards.

Domestic travel may be required; equivalent related experience can substitute for a degree. The role emphasizes strong communication and Microsoft Office proficiency to support successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates expert knowledge of IT Project Management Best Practices and applies to projects.
• Able to manage multiple, conflicting priorities and deadlines.
• Capable of creating schedules and scope budgets for complex IT projects.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of PMI standards and practices.
• Moderate knowledge of ITIL, Agile/Scrum is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Completes projects of varying size, complexity, and impact as agreed with stakeholders.
• Evaluates project status and identifies risks and issues.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and business analysts.
• Tracks scope, budget, deliverables, timeline, and detailed work plans.
• Documents and maintains records of project plan changes.
• Monitors resources and day-to-day planning to meet deliverable timelines.
• Provides status updates and reports to ensure staffing alignment.
• Serves as a subject matter expert in project structures and technology.
• Mentors junior project managers and supports complex programs.
• Performs other duties as required.
