Job summary

Hall’s Culligan in the Wichita area is seeking a Service Technician to install and service drinking water systems for commercial and residential customers. You’ll test, troubleshoot, and follow SOPs, ensuring safe, efficient operation while delivering courteous, professional service.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to diagnose issues after training, and a commitment to ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment after training.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a commercial vehicle daily.

Responsibilities

• Install and service products and systems at commercial and residential locations.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
• Provide technical support to customers during and after installations.
• Train customers on proper use and maintenance of installed products and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and troubleshooting steps, including photos.
• Operate service vehicles safely and comply with driver policies.
