Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Master's degree, PE license, or project management certification beneficial.
• Advanced design experience with electro-mechanical and plumbing systems.
• CAD proficiency with SolidWorks, NX, Inventor or AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex new product development from concept through release.
• Develop robust designs manufacturable economically and on schedule.
• Design components from specs, regulations, and roadmaps; validate performance.
• Coordinate with Product Management and leaders to align projects with roadmaps.
• Lead DFMEAs, design verification planning and risk reviews.
• Mentor engineers and influence cross-functional teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Master's degree or PE license beneficial
